Shipping Process
Once your order is completed within the production timeline, it is placed in queue for packing and shipping.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded shipping has been arranged. To expedite the process, we purchase postage ahead of time and send you an email on the day your order is packed and shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
Due to website platform policies, we are unable to alter the name or address on a shipping label once it’s been created. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Postage is printed exactly as submitted.
Once tracking is issued, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. The postage purchase date may differ from the actual shipping date. Since we ship in bulk, orders are packed in mail totes and picked up daily from our Orange County, CA location.
Order Inquiries
If you have any questions about your order, please email us with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
We do not answer order-related questions via social media platforms.
Due to our long shop hours, please allow 48–72 hours for a response. We reply to emails during off-business hours to ensure production is not interrupted. We appreciate your patience.
International Shipments
Once processed through USPS customs, international packages may take up to 2 weeks to arrive in your country’s customs office. Depending on your local processing times, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to clear customs and be delivered.
If your postal carrier charges a customs fee, the package may be held until the fee is paid. You may receive a notice from your postal service regarding payment.
We are not responsible for customs fees.
If your package is returned to sender due to unpaid or denied customs fees, no refund will be issued, and you forfeit the package.
Additional shipping fees will be required for redelivery.
Delivery & Tracking Issues

If your tracking shows Delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please check your mailbox, surrounding areas, and contact your local USPS carrier for details.
We are not responsible for:-
Mail theft

Mis delivery

Packages placed outside the mailbox or at the wrong address

If tracking shows Undeliverable, there may have been:

An incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

A fee due on the package

A failed delivery attempt (in which case USPS may hold it for pickup)

In these cases, USPS may leave a note with further instructions. If the package is not picked up, it may be returned to sender.
If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature and custom sizing of our products, all sales are final.
No cancellations. No refunds.
