Shipping Process
Once your order has been completed within the stated production timeline, it is placed in the queue for packing and shipment.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded shipping is selected at checkout. To streamline fulfillment, postage is purchased in advance. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready to ship.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Due to platform policies, we cannot make changes to names or addresses once a label has been created. Postage is printed exactly as submitted at checkout.

Once tracking is issued, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

The postage purchase date may differ from the actual ship date due to bulk shipment scheduling.

All orders are packed in USPS mail totes and picked up daily from our location in Orange County, CA.

International Orders
International orders ship via USPS and may take up to 2 weeks to reach your country’s customs office.
After that, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your local postal service.
Please note:

If your country charges a customs/import fee, it is your responsibility to pay it.

Packages may be held by your postal carrier until the fee is paid. You may receive a separate notice with payment instructions.

We are not responsible for customs or import fees.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid or denied customs fees, no refunds will be issued. Redelivery will require additional shipping payment.
Delivery & Tracking Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

Check your mailbox, front porch, or surrounding areas.

Contact your local USPS carrier or post office for delivery details.
We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Misdeliveries to incorrect addresses

Packages left outside mailboxes or in unsecured areas
If your tracking shows “Undeliverable”, it may be due to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

A postage due fee

A failed delivery attempt
USPS may leave a notice for pickup or additional instructions. If unclaimed, the package may be returned to us.
📦 If a package is returned, you must pay for shipping again to have it resent.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final due to the handmade and custom nature of our products.
