What if I received the wrong order?
If you received an incorrect item—such as the wrong size or style—please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Include the following information in your email:

Once we confirm the mistake was on our end, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the product securely in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return label. After we receive the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.
Note: Replacements are for like-for-like products only. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Since packages may be handled multiple times during shipping, items can sometimes arrive damaged. If this happens, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged item
We may ask you to return the damaged product. If so, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return label. Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.

Can I switch designs or customize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be customized. Please email us your custom request along with any reference pictures and details.
I don’t have stretched lobes. Can you make earrings?
Yes! We offer non-organic designs as fake plugs. These use a 1.22mm post with round acrylic screw-on backs to create the look of a 00g plug without stretching your ears.
