To avoid delays, please purchase organic items separately from non-organic items.
General Production Times
Business days only: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Standard orders: Typically ship within 7–10 business days from the next business day after your purchase

Organic Products
Due to high demand, organic plugs follow a separate production timeline:
Estimated production time: Up to 30 business days
In rare cases, this may extend to 90 business days
All organic plugs are made one pair at a time, in the order received
Please note: If your order includes organic items, the entire order will follow the organic timeline. Again, we recommend purchasing organics separately to prevent delays.
Why the Wait?
Every piece is carefully crafted from start to finish. Here’s what goes into the process:
Cut & Dry: We begin by cutting the wood, then allowing it to dry properly to prevent shrinking, cracking, or warping.
Rough Shaping: Once dry, we shape the jewelry to your requested size and style.
Final Shaping & Polishing: This stage is the most time-intensive, especially during high-volume periods.
Gem Setting & Engraving: If your item includes these, it enters a separate queue for specialized finishing.
Packing & Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless upgraded).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once postage is issued.
